Kenya beans have a sharp acidity with a rich, winy flavor featuring a pronounced fruity undertone. AA is one of the highest grades given to a Kenya bean. Heavy bodied, earthy and very rich, very bold flavors with a real distinct kick!
This bean is shade grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. It has many of the winy fruit flavors as a Kenya, with a lighter acidity level. Very rich and flavorful, with more fruity undertones!
Harrar is grown on small farms in the Eastern part of the country. It features a strong edge, winy to fruit like acidity, rich aroma and a heavy body. It tastes great with a bit of brown sugar!
This coffee is grown in the Mysore region of India. This unique coffee bean offers a light body with sweet and spicy flavor notes. It is the highest grade of coffee grown in India. Ethiopian Yerge Cheffe
This is a bright full flavored bean that stands well on its own or as a blend! It is known for its soft delicate flavor characteristics while retaining the soft, flowery aroma of this popular bean. It has a subtle fruity taste, accompanied by moderate acidity and a balanced body.
These are ORGANIC beans–very low in acid. So low in fact, they are more of a “complimentary” bean roasted with another bean that simply by themselves, although this is always personal choice!!!
